SELF ENERGY was the company chosen to provide the energy certification to the Dolce vita Shopping Centres.
The process includes energy consumption assessment and IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) parameters, via energy audit and dynamic simulation.
Energy certification is mandatory for buildings.
The intervention includes a training programme for shopping centre managers in order to ensure a more efficient management of the building.
The energy certification process involves the DV Douro, DV Ovar, DV Monumental, Picoas Plaza, DV Miraflores, Central Park and DV Funchal shopping centres.
In the end SELF ENERGY prepares a report enhancing the measures for the rational use of energy.
